Osteria il Camino

One of the best restaurants I have ever been to! Super cosy atmosphere with the log fire on and ski chalet interior. The food was incredible, each of the pastas were made fresh and you could certainly taste that. Excellent quality ingredients and delicious meal.

I had the pleasure of having dinner at the "Il Camino" tavern in Ballabio and I must say that the experience was excellent from every point of view.First of all, the typical dishes of Valsassina are the real pride of this place. Each course tells the authentic flavors of the local tradition, with quality ingredients and particular attention to presentation.The warm and typical mountain environment makes the experience even more pleasant. The welcoming atmosphere, with rustic furnishings and attention to detail, makes you immediately feel at home, like in a chalet nestled in the mountains.Finally, the homely and friendly service was truly the icing on the cake. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can sense the passion and love for what they do.
